35th Annual St. Clair County Pheasants Forever Chapter 74 Banquet Rescheduled for Saturday, August 29, 2020.

The Board of Directors hopes that this update finds everyone safe and healthy.  By now those of you who had purchased tickets to our banquet and turned in your ticket stubs should have received a letter in the mail announcing the new date of Saturday, August 29th as the rescheduled date for the 35th annual banquet.  We are asking that you complete the questionnaire at the bottom of the letter and return it no later than June 1, 2020.  The earlier you return the bottom portion of the letter the better.  It is our hope that those of you who were planning on attending the banquet will still be able to attend on the 29th.  The chapter is reimbursing those individuals who will be unable to attend.  We will be re-selling tickets that become available and will be contacting those individuals that are on our waiting list first.  We will announce on this site if we have tickets available for sale for the banquet date on the 29th.  Thank you to those of you who have already responded to the letter.  Please stay safe and see you down the road.

Important Note:  Some individuals purchased tickets and paid for them, but did not turn in the their ticket stubs.  These individuals did not receive a letter in the mail.  Please contact Chapter Sec./Treasurer Bob Watson as soon as possible so the status of your ticket can be determined.  Your attention to this matter will be greatly appreciated.

35TH ANNUAL BANQUET SCHEDULED FOR SATURDAY; MARCH 14TH POSTPONED!

35TH ANNUAL BANQUET SCHEDULED FOR SATURDAY; MARCH 14TH HAS BEEN POSTPONED!

As concerns have been mounting about the Coronavirus (COVID-19) across the nation, state, and now in St. Clair County, the St. Clair County Pheasants Forever Chapter #74 Board of Directors have found it in the best interest of our members to postpone our 35th annual banquet scheduled for Saturday, March 14, 2020.

As many of you know the Coronavirus has been classified as a "Global Pandemic" by the World Health Organization.  The recommendation from Governor Whitmer and health experts in our state have recommended that large group and public gatherings should be canceled. Our Board of Directors felt that this recommendation should be followed for the good of our members, community, and state.

The St. Clair County Pheasants Forever Chapter #74 Board of Directors realize that this cancellation may be an inconvenience for some, but the safety of our members, volunteers, and community far outweigh any problems a postponement will cause.

The Board of Directors will be meeting in the next few days to reschedule the banquet. The board will also be reaching out to those who were planning to attend the 35th annual banquet with details concerning membership, attendance, and a possible process for  reimbursement should ticket holders be unable to attend the rescheduled banquet.

Members who were planning to turn in habitat request forms at the banquet should contact Habitat Co-Chairmen Tim Vargo (810-278-2938) or Russell Golm (586-484-9067) to request application forms.  You may also contact Adair Grain and Feed (727-1598 or 329-2658).
